Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility we are at the mercy of UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Check your tracking status each morning. Usually what happens is the package seems to not be moving for days, then, all the previous forgotten scans show up at once and the package is out for delivery.
If the package does not move for more than 5 days please contact us so we can assist you further.
Occasionally UPS and FedEx will hand your package off to your local post office (USPS) for "last mile" delivery and this can cause delays (or even lost packages). If this has occurred, get in touch with us and we will help you locate your package.
