What do I need to do to get my money back?

You need to return the unused portion of the product (or empty bottle) along with the original invoice that came with the product itself. You should have received this via email when you ordered. If you no longer have this invoice, please include your full name on a piece of paper with your package. You will need to email customer support to receive the return destination, as well as your order ID number per our policy as listed on our website:
